The Zion View community traces its roots to 1757, named after the historic Zion Church. The Zions View Athletic Association grew from that foundation to give local youth a safe, healthy space to build skills through baseball and softball.
For decades, community members have volunteered at carnivals and refreshment stands. It makes the association a true neighborhood institution. Cub Scouts meet here too, tying multiple generations of families to this one patch of Conewago ground.
The park sits at 140 Copenhaffer Road and draws walkers, runners, and families year-round. It’s a reliable gathering point for the communities of Manchester, Strinestown, and Pleasureville nearby. rounding properties throughout this part of York County. See more.
